Grant Morrison is Leaving Action Comics and Batman, Inc.

In a bit of unexpected,  but not entirely surprising, news, fan favorite creator Grant Morrison has said that he’ll be leaving Action Comics with issue #16 and leaving Batman Incorporated with issue #12.

Projects after those runs for Morrison include the multi-Earth spanning Multiversity and a new Wonder Woman project for DC Comics.

After that, Morrison has HAPPY! with Darick Robertson coming from Image Comics and it looks like he’s going to be pursuing more creator-owned projects with Image and Vertigo Comics.
